This past Christmas my husband surprised me with a trip to Los Angeles! Neither of us have ever been to the west coast, so we were both excited. We are not the types to plan out and coordinate our trips. We did plan for Universal Studios, but the rest was left to fate. We find spontaneous and uncertainty most rewarding. How else would you try new things? The whole trip turned out perfect; the plane ride, weather, food, and the beach. LA has so much to offer. There’s so much going on that the atmosphere of the town is inspiring. The only thing I did not like about this town is the traffic, I’m sure a lot of residents there would agree with me (unless they find enjoyment in that then we won’t judge). The traffic though will not stop us from returning, and we will gladly be back.
Hotel we stayed at: Sheraton close to LAX
